**WARNING..A LONG ONE SO READ ONLY RELAVANT PARTS**

i'm tired. guess tired people have more thoughts in their mind. guess they're moodier than usual. they think too much. they state the plain truth. of which some make no sense at times. here are my thoughts for now.

kids r growing up way too fast now. they're exposed to relationship, love, sex, betrayal, two-(three)-timing, pretense etc. The older generation got to experience life at a younger age, hardship, and the value of money, as well as independence and fillial piety. Kids like us these days, just seem to get their priorities all wrong.

if i were to categorize relationships, they'd b only into 2 main grps. the lucky ones, and the unlucky ones. Feelings would only be Happy, and Unhappy. its an irony but the lucky ones aint always happy, and the unlucky ones are not necessarily unhappy. it's a confusing world. aint very good with examples, but i'm sure examples would pop up in ur mind if u ponder bout it.
See the irony in life? and here's how i'd sub categorize em for now..

PS: it's long, so read wat's relevant to ya, skip the rest if u must.

Fling
Flings are normal these days. but normal only if u're single. and different ppl wld have different perception of a fling. use to call ppl who r attached CHEAP if they have flings often. These days however, i've got friends acting like bitches/bastards and they cheat on their partner, lie, have flings etc. and it's tough acknowledging and accepting. As tough as it goes, they still ARE my friend, and to simply state, it's their life, and i can only watch, and advise. if u're reading tis, draw the limit yea?
Ppl who are unattached have flings too. it's legal since u're single i suppose. just how many's considered acceptable? i've had my fair share of flings i have to admit, i'd just say that in the long run, it's damaging emotionally and psychologically mths/yrs down, when u've cleared ur head of booze or what's not, u'd see that it's usless? fake? it's really a spur of the moment thing. highly discouraged by me tho.

Crush
Ever wondered y u're just so attracted to this person? He/She's just another normal person in other ppl's eyes. but u cant seem to stop thinking bout this person. i've gotta admit that all relationship starts with a certain amount of interest, or to simply state, a crush. How far it'll go, depending on how long the crush lasts. in my opinion, the longer the crush lasts, the lower the chance of the relationship. living in such a world, it's like your personal dreamland, where u're constantly in anxiety n lookin out for the person. A crush should never last more than 3mths? 4? hmm. really up to individual, but it's no point not letting the "victim" know, cuz u'd never wake up of ur dream land, and u'd never move on. Having a crush gives a nostalgic and happy feeling.. bear in mind that it's usually one sided tho.

Long term
wow, long term relationship, so how long's considered long term? 5yrs?6? even then, ppl do break up n lead their own lives.. to some, a yr plus is already considered long, as no one ever thought both of u wld b attached for that long. and u "survived". long term also means u cant be without the person anymore. nomatter how sad u feel, how badly the person treats u, u'd just end up in tears, not being able to do anthing to change the person. would that b considered blindly in love? dont mind me, but i havent had THAT long a relationship yet, so i might b wrong.
it takes lots of commitment, understanding and a fair amt of trust i presume. But is the love and spark gone after u've been together for that long a time? after 5 yrs/6... has tis "love" become more like a habit in life? is tis lover of urs ur more like a chauffer? are u taking him/her for granted? envy those who have a long standing relationship, cuz it really shows that u've been through quite alot. a note of caution tho... guys(mostly.. or even girls these days) would sway due to various temptations. a change in environment, lifestyle, friends, might just push the relationship to it's breaking point.

Not having it
Some are just STILL SINGLE. be it by choice, or because of the lack of luck/fate. are our priorities in life so high that we neglect the need of love? is the person u like standing right there, w/o him/her knowing how u feel? are u single for that long a period of time that u dont need anymore of such feelings? perhaps some who dont really have above avg looks would need more luck. the lower u go on the beauty scale, the more luck you'd need. Isnt beauty supposed to b skin deep? why do ppl see the facade and not what's deep within? everyone deserves to have someone to love and care for, and to have the feelings reciprocated. guess it boils down to 1 word.. expectations.

The Think they've got it

Rite, so some ppl think they've got the idea one.. but do they? they think they do, but they're blinded by how they feel. past experience wont wake them up. they still make wrong judgements. WAKE UP!. dont fall for it. sigh. (really duno wat 2 say). human are good actors, so, dont trust that much. not unless u wana get urself hurt.

As it goes
i'd presume tis kind of relationship would be the best. Minimal expectations for the future, and playing by ear, where happiness is the main issue. Ocassional hickups, but solved almost immediately. i wish that i fall into tis category, i hope i can.. everyone wishes to be in this phase of a relationship, dont they? as of now, i'd say that i'm in a very happy relationship, with nothing to hide, nothing to be afraid of, there is a future, but it's up for us to decide on the fate of it.

Many of us wish to be in the "perfect" relationship, but unknowingly, they might be deluding themselves. unhappy people putting on a false front. or jumping into conclusion saying that the person is definately the ONE for u. people who dont match acting like they do. relationships should be like this, u love for the moment, and u love every moment of it. when it's over, it should be truely over, move on (after some time that is), and get on with life. trust me, nothing's too hard to get over with. The earlier the pain starts, the earlier the healing starts.

Some say love lasts forever. in my context, or in MOdern youngster's context, love is just a word to describe a feeling. A feeling so strong that it's able to make u give up everything. well, if love's so strong, why does it fade that quickly? here's my explanation.. when we say I LOVE U.. we truly mean it. at that moment that is. the love given at that time isnt fake, just that time and circumstances makes it impossible to continue loving.

okie dokie. enough of tis lovey dovey thing. all the above are 100% my own interpretation of things, n as i've said earlier, i'm moody n sleepy. above are all based on TRUE encounters, but. oh well.. No offence to those who see a similarity to what i've written. if u can realize ur mistake, or u know wat's wrong in the relationship, change it, dont be dumb.. dont let urself degrade any furthur.

time for bed. so much so for bloggin. it's really long. i can tell.
